Cancellation conditions
Cancellation policy:
- All individual reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If cancelled within the 7th day, the hotel will charge the deposit as a penalty. Cancellation conditions may be subject to change during peak periods!

Advance payment:
- A 50% deposit is required to finalize the reservation, while in priority periods, 80% or 100% prepayment is required. Its deadline is within 7 days of receipt of the reservation.
On-location payment:
- The value of the hotel services can be paid in cash on location, by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro).
Dress code:
- The dress code in our hotel's SunRise restaurant: smart casual (elegant, sporty chic). We kindly ask you to appear accordingly. In the public areas of our hotel (except spa and wellness), please refrain from staying in a bathrobe!
