In addition to gastro experiences at our hotel on the shore of Lake Balaton, an exceptional environment is also added. Our SunRise restaurant is located on the eastern side of the building, so every day our guests can enjoy a rich choice of breakfast in the sunrise and close their day with a delicious buffet dinner in the company of the Balaton horizon. In addition to our half-board service, during the day we treat lovers of culinary experiences with an A'la carte meal offering representing the Fine Bistro line.

„The A'la carte offer of our restaurant is based on the classical traditions of French cuisine, which is mixed with modern kitchen technology and the classic stylistic features of Hungarian cuisine, thus creating a perfect composition that follows traditions and strives to preserve conventions.

For us, the regionality and maintaining the sustainable cuisine is important so there is a huge emphasis on ingredients, both in terms of quality and with the support of small producers in the area, we try to use ingredients which are excellent and best fitting for the given food. We would like to present the well-known classical Hungarian dishes in a thoughtful modern version, and we are happy to venture into the magical world of international cuisine.”
