I've never been to the Sirius Hotel. Is it worth to register?
Yes! In case of registration, you will be credited with an instant 5 000 HUF worth points on your new frequenter's profile, and you will also be entitled to an instant discount of 5% on your first booking!
I've been to the hotel many times. I'm a frequenter. Do I have to register again?
Yes, you need to register again. If you activate your account, your old points will be credited again! Please confirm your registration now if you have not done so far. We have sent our activation information to our frequenters via email.
I've been to the hotel many times. I'm a frequenter. How do I know which level I'm at now?
If you login your Friends of Sirius Club account, you can view your current bookings, offers, points balance and current regular status.
How can I get the instant discount?
If you are already registered, please remember to login with your own username and password before making a reservation! If you have not yet registered, do so immediately, as after logging in you are entitled to an immediate 5% discount and you can start collecting points immediately. Remember, you will be rewarded with 5 000 extra points!
After what and when do I get points?
Registered frequenters will be credited with points after their stay. You can earn points if you have made your reservation on the hotel's own booking interface or directly at the hotel. Points are granted for pre-ordered services, so the confirmed total amount can be considered as the basis for the credit, which are activated after their departure.
How do I redeem points?
When booking a room, please log in to our hotel website with your own username and password. If you start a calculation in this way, the system will automatically offer you the option to deduct the possible amount of points from the total. If you need help, our colleagues are available to assist!
I haven't registered yet. Do I still get the points after my previous rests?
Frequenter points can be collected from the first booking after registration. Points for bookings prior to registration cannot be credited in our system.
For how long are my points valid?
Points can be used for two years. Book your next Sirius Hotel vacation as soon as possible!
I want to cancel my reservation, what about my points?
You can still use your points for the original validity period!
Several families travel to the hotel together. Does everyone have to register?
We recommend starting one registration per family, but if a larger family and group of friends are resting together at the Sirius Hotel, a registration should be attached to each room to be able to apply the individual discounts!
How do I get higher status at the Friends of Sirius Club?
If you decide to receive additional discounts, we recommend that you do not use your points, but collect them until you reach 80 000 / 150 000 points to purchase the Silver / Gold level!
