3. User remedies

In case of violation of user rights, users may take legal action against the Data Controller.

If users disagree with the decision of the Data Controller regarding their objection, they may also take legal action within 30 days of the notification.

The Data Controller is liable for damages caused by the unlawful processing of user data or the breach of technical data protection requirements.
